Set the context
Add a short meeting brief and, if useful, a resume. This gives Meeting Assist the terminology and context it needs for more useful suggestions.

Confirm that participants have been informed, choose a microphone or permitted meeting-audio source, and start the live session.
Watch the live transcript form as one paragraph, then select Submit when the question is complete.
Copy or read the suggestion aloud. If you choose local saving, you can keep an optional audio and transcript copy on your own device.
OPTIONAL RECORDING
Recording is never required to use live assistance. If you choose it, Meeting Assist saves the meeting video and audio privately to your account after you share the permitted meeting tab or screen.
USER-CONTROLLED ANSWERS
The live transcript keeps listening through natural pauses. Select Submit to request an answer in Detailed, STAR, or Technical style.
BUILT AROUND CONSENT
Audio and transcript content are sent only while transcription is active. Local recording is optional, and participants should always be informed before a meeting is captured.
