Information we process

Meeting Assist processes account details, meeting context, optional resume content, transcript text, and recording data only when you choose to use those features. Interview Assist additionally processes resume files, job descriptions, interview answers, transcripts, preparation plans, and AI-generated feedback when you choose to use the mock-interview product.

How we use it

We use this information to provide transcription, response suggestions, mock interview practice, preparation plans, feedback reports, account access, support, billing, and product security. Interview Assist sends resume and job-description content to configured AI services for analysis, and sends interview context and answers to those services to generate questions and reports.

Voice practice

Voice practice requires your explicit microphone consent in the browser. Your answer audio is sent to the configured transcription provider while transcription is active. Interview Assist does not store the raw answer audio in its interview history; the transcript and answers are saved with your session so that the practice report and history can work. You can choose text mode instead.

Storage and deletion

Interview Assist stores uploaded materials in private storage and stores session transcripts, preparation plans, and reports in account-restricted data tables. You can delete an individual interview or clear Interview Assist materials and history from your account settings. Payment orders, credit-ledger entries, and refund requests are retained separately for billing reconciliation after practice history is deleted. We do not currently run automatic age-based cleanup, so delete data from settings when you no longer need it.

AI feedback

AI-generated interview feedback is approximate preparation guidance. It is not a hiring decision and is not used to infer personality, protected characteristics, mental health, or employment suitability. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Your control

You can choose whether to upload materials, use voice practice, or continue in text mode. Do not upload documents or content you are not authorised to share. Contact support@meeting-assist.in for questions about stored data or billing records.

Consent for meetings

Meeting Assist's live meeting transcription is separate from Interview Assist mock practice. You are responsible for informing all participants and obtaining any consent required by applicable law before recording or transcribing a real meeting.
